Be it Australian or otherwise, does anybody know if there is one?

Edit: OK, after a bit more googling it seems that in November 2001 at Lake Ivanpah a speed of 83.5mph (134.38kmh) was achieved.

Original question still stands if anybody knows any more...

The last effort at recording a cl 5 record was in 93 . Paul Mcgeever posted a 98.1 kph. .at the Pacrim 2006 i did see a Kiwi GPS readout of about 105kph for one of their 5's. Vic bermingham pulled a 65mph on gillies at easter. . i dont know of any other organization or club that is recording any speeds .
if you wanted to head a group organizing a speed week for Australian classes tat would be something I would certainly be interested in . With GPS now so reliable and available ( A tank of fuel in my cruisercosts more than a GT31) Such an event would be do-able
