When on a drive I found this road area in an Adelaide industrial estate, new sealed road, no through traffic and easy to block off.... nice

You better get your use out of before they put up a whole heap of windshadowing sheds like they did here.

love the clubhouse in the middle get out and have a sail there, and take some copies of the plans to hand out

I can't devulge the exact location at this stage. I want to get permission first rather than go gungho at it, as it would be nice to have a year round site that isn't tidal.
Its probably more suited for social sailing in smaller class yachts like the Lefroy Mini's or Blokarts rather than class5's.
When all the things are in place don't worry invites will go out .... it would be good to get lots of fellow seabreezers sailing there.
