Hi everybody
I have been offline for some time due to personal commitments and being as sick as a squashed kat. I had to go down to Melb. for a week and then down to Bundy to help a family with deep personal problems (same as in Melb.) I'm home again and have to complete some very important "Honeydo's" before I can return back to building the C/5. I have been laying a floating wooden floor in the master bedroom (7m x 5m) and it looks fabulous. Unfortunately, being on the floor for such a long time, I then suffer from vertigo really bad. The pain in my head is unreal and it takes some days to fade away. Anyway, thats enough of my whinging and complaining, there are far more people around who are far worse off than me!
I now have the mounts for the rear axles finished on the C/5 and the axle is aligned at seven degrees from the vertical. The axles are removable and fully ajustable. The next phase in building is the front end and the steering then the mast step and finally, the seat.
If you hold the measuring tape for me at the point where it reads the required width and I hold the end out towards the other rear wheel, it fits the width of a "blowie". And if you hold the required mark at the center of the front wheel and I run the tape towards the rear axle, hey, it fits the dimensions of a legal blowie. I will therefore enter in the races in Yeppoon next year in March. With all the experience I have in sand yachting , thanks to my good friend Cisco , I will beat you all in the races. Unfortunately, I cant afford the entry fees so I cant show you how its done.
All other previous things not concidered, can tickets be obtained for the dinner without registering a yacht and racing?
It's great to be back home,

Joe and Kody
