Chook has got himself a new stove but hasn't cooked anything on it yet as it has heat and noise management issues to be dealt with first.

On the subject of cooking, I am quite partial to BBQs and have always wondered why somebody else's BBQ always smells better than your own.

So I am driving down to Brisbane from Bundaberg last week and am just passing Maryborough when the most delicious smell of a BBQ enters the car via the vents so I turn to my wife and say "I'd love to be at that BBQ."

She agrees and then I look to my left and see the hearse that is just leaving the crematorium.

Are we actually suppressed cannibals?
