G'Day from sunny north Qld. Well I assume it's sunny at 10,000 feet cause on the ground it's wet, wet, wet season
Nothing else for it: get wet

My youngest son Ryan 'Cus' graduated primary and got loose in the shed
11'6" x 34'' plywood on frame named "Cusyak" .
Keep an eye in Australian Amateur Boat Builder magazine

Meanwhile Jes has been busy crusing the Whitsundays in last year's build

The landyachts are weathering the wet lashed to a tree behind the shed awaiting drier days

Cheers AGA

Wow! So your son would be 12 or 13 years old? Great effort.

well ryan youve inspired me to get off the bot and uiod that sailing rig fr my canoe that I was going to build3 years ago. We were supposed to sail a Lefroy this weekend but Cap'n Cook was first to arrive , and rang to report that all was wet.
So the trailer with the yacht on went back to the yard, and the canoe came home on the roof rack.
Whilst its at home I decided to make up a fiting to carry a small mast and leeboard.
It should take a 1.5m standing lug sail and maybe a jib to boot. It was sooooo nice to play with saw, planes and sanders again,
Thanks for the inspiration , Ryan
