Gidday, was reading an older forum from 2008 dec, bout forming up a bit-a-groupie association . It was really hotting up and getting really interesting [}:)] I could feel the blood, chugging in my veins as i got to the bottom of page two. With interest i decided to reply to the thread and add my number to the pack ..... WACK,..eight balled, the red lettering said that it was all to old to add. .Where is it all at now?, did it make the grade?, is it a work in progress? Seemed like a good thing at the time what gives, .......joe

Just wondering which group you were talking about?

The ALSA bit is currently getting practicaly no where (or appears that way). There is the NAILS group up and getting going but things are only basic at present, we do hope to offer more too the landsailing community in the future.

If you feel the desire, take a quick squiz at:

www.freewebs.com/netausisolansai/

The ALSA problem has always been a difficult cookie to crumble as not many people have the knowledge to replace the association, many that do probably dont have the free time and/or feel they'd have to do the work without enough help. It seems landsailing in Aus is getting along well enough without a national association in its current state (this looks like it could change soonish though). Secretly many are hoping ALSA will find its feet and change for the better.

And wanting to be a member of course, there's nothing in there to interest a non-member anyway. All the shiny bits will be/are on public display with any luck
