Hello all,
How about an update on your current construction projects or ideas? Has anyone done anything with the steel tubing we lugged across the nullabor yet? or are you all to busy out sailing?

No construction in my camp lately. Time and money are my problem points. In the process of looking for materials though from lower cost sources. The joys of being a uni bum

Well...Now confusion reigns... class 5 / class 6 mini / class 5 / class 6 mini / class 5 / class 6 mini ....enie menie minei still in decision mode.
"For Class 5" ..to see if i can give the Pacfic Magic and Fed 5 types a run for their money in Adelaide.
"Against Class 5" ..the simplicty and cute factor of Class 6 (I have done the drawings for a thing which is a cross between a Formula 1 car and Landyacht sitting on a mini frame including wings)
"Against Class 6" i dont want to be the only one sailing a class 6 in Adelaide.
And if this ALSA thing doesnt resolve ... potentially move some where else and buy a Blokart and get some serious racing in!!
But at the moment i am sitting on the fence. ouch..... splinter in bum

As per Paul and Bill's advice I'm waiting on some secret squirrel business to be completed first, but can't say too much, nudge nudge wink wink

Hi all,
Thankyou , Sue and Paul for lugging the NQ across the Nullabor

Due to a temporary major increase in work load, have not had time to start projects. Hillsy at the moment has my NQ tube.

By the by Hillsy, will not be able to make the beach this weekend. Sailing friends and I, will be on our annual "cruise weekend" on the Murray.

No worries Sandflyer, neither can I as my wife is working both days. (must admit your reason sounds much better ) We might have to arrange a meet 50-50 to hand it over.

G'day Everyone,

Finally onboard (I hope!)

I've handed out the NQ tube as you can gather and I've cut my bits up. (for Promo).

I'll let you know how I go, pictures when I can get it together on here.

Cheers, Bill

PS. Paul, what happened?!!

G'day Bill, yep you are with us twice over

fingers and lawn mowers were never meant to meet so intimately as Pauls did, I will let him tell you all the sordid details another time.

never mind the wiggly bits Bill. Ive got all the sketches ready to turn into proper drawings for that front end. More importantly ,have a look at the details that are coming to hand on the EUCLA thread.
Actually planning something 8 months in advance is something new to me.
