Heads-up for anyone in Perth,

I just got back from Balcatta recycling depot - there are:

: 3 x complete masts [in good nick]

: 1 x mast lower section [which would be perfect for a boom]

: 1 x bag with what looks like 2 sails with battens

: 1 x big white sail [folded up] - looks like a propa boat sail, may be a good source of donor fabric.

: several windsurfer booms that are in good nick - some with downhaul pulleys attached.

I had no way to get them home - so stashed them out of the weather, under the second bench of surfboards and windboards.

correction........

I could have got them home, but when I suggested I could use the grandkids seat harness to strap the masts to the front passenger window frame, and she could sit in the back with her arm out the window and hang on to the masts until we got home - Anna gave me "that look" which kinda said it wasn't going to happen.

Oh dear!!!! She just has no sense of adventure mate!!!! You'd be a braver man than me, to try that.

Great opportunity for someone to get set up. Onya Stephen.
