Having installed a Flemming wind steer, now have problem with ladder ?? also wheres the best position to fix my EPIRB ?Any suggestions !!

My oar blade is the lift up type and I can use this as the first foot hold. The top supports are the rest of the ladder. Epirb is inside on the rear bulkhead not far from the cabin entry. Make sure its mounted where you can't accidentally fall against it and set it off!

My Fleming hides the transom ladder. I bought a 4 rung aluminium and plastic one from Bias to put over the side.
My epirb is mounted on the bulkhead within reach inside the companion way.
