Looking for help in where to go to organise a 4 hr sail charter for work event. Any guidance from NSW sailors is greatly appreciated.

I am tasked with organising the work Christmas party for around 45 people for Mid December, and looking at organising a sailing charter/ or MV. Can either be one large yacht or multiple smaller ones. Will depart at 12 and come back at 4pm, for either a Thursday or Friday.

I live in WA so I don't know NSW conditions well, the local clubs or key people to talk to, so seeing if the collective here has any recommendations of who to engage on organising such an event.

There is a healthy budget assigned, and need to cater for a range of abilities.
