Ok. It seems more like a juggling act, and even if it is a proper bowline, what is a use of it without any practical application. The rope is not in a clew ring or around ones waist. If one is able to tie a bowline single handed around his own waist, fine, it might save ones life one day.
I tie my bowlines single handed when required and there is always a smartarse, who is saying it is not a proper one until l am doing it slowly or let him pull it apart to burn himself.

Impressive fast formation, but it's not even a deformed bowline. The tail is coming off the wrong part of the knot, and it looks very much like something that will slip under load.
