A very good friend of mine has one and I have done a couple of short trips on it.
He has had it for over 20 years and swears by it and he is still sailing at 75. He also rides a Moto Guzzi American or Californian.
I think they are an excellent yacht as long as you understand they are a "short fat yacht". That is, they screw around a fair bit when you are off the wind.
Accommodation wise, every bit as good if not better than a Mottle 33.
Were stepping up from our 24' Adventure. Any thoughts on the Adams 31?
I thought seriously about an aft cockpit version. Have not sailed a centre cockpit version though I did give a bloke a hand to get one up the slips once.
Peterson 42 Roll and are difficult to control downwind in race mode full sail and pushing the limit on Uptown Girl, Try Adams 35 they dont screw around down wind.
