I have had a Professional subscription to Predictwind for several years now and swear by this.
There are 4 forecast models available from PW, ie the US or international forecast model and the Canadian forecast model. Predictwind then use their own software to refine these two models. Further to that it is possible to refine the PW model for local effects.
Use an email service to download grib files of the area of interest,grid size and frequency of files and up to 10 days forward.
Use these grib files in onboard navigation software for routing/trip planning using Expedition.
The App referred to allows the above information to be processed on the PW computer via a web based connection with the level of available services dependent on your subscription level.
The weather routing, trip planning functions and grib files are not available on BOM.

For Sydney I generally use Seabreeze and then double check with Predictwind and Sailflow.

Sailflow is also useful for seeing the live conditions up and down the coast on a map so you can track a southerly or seabreeze approaching, for example - Seabreeze shows a few live feeds but only for nearby locations and there's no map.
