Hi,
I've been laid up for 18months after shoulder surgery and really need to get back on a boat and burn off some lard. I went back to school (PSS) and did a few more courses mainly to test out my shoulder and to try and improve my fore-end handling so I now need to get out there and put it all to practice or for someone to put me straight on the right way to do it.

Are you into racing or sailing generally? I don't race but am always keen to take people out on Pittwater and offshore.

My love is sailing and I've been racing but I don't enjoy it as much as just going for a general day sail,
I do need more experience on spinnaker!
