So I have found out I have the 3-6th of August off which coinsides with this race.
Its a long shot but does anyone know of someone needing an extra crew member? I would love to get offshore again.

pm me with some details mate, I've got a full crew +1 at the moment, but happy to pass on your details to some of the other skippers.
We're doing safety training today if you want to get out, mob drills, crash tacking the boat, good fun. A requirement of Cat 2 is you to launch your life raft in 15 secs, that's not easy. We'll find out today how close we can get!
