Also meant to say this DV24 manual is well put together compared to the DV 20 manual . I believe its a worth while download if you have a DV20 .
It gives far more detail only differences basically is the head

I had no problem colombo maybe its your internet
After i downed it and put the link up i tried the link it brought up 206 pages
Just tried it on my mobile it only brings up 18 pages
