Buy your self a temp gauge for the engels you might have it turned up a little high maybe as far as power goes mine freezes every thing above 1 and it goes to 5
But your 1500 miles away so temp and power will have different consumptions

She be right mate. I am sure all of us here are trying to be helpful rather than self aggrandising.

I had to ring another forum member and another mate to get those names and numbers so I was not the fount of knowledge, just the messenger.

Probably not a good idea to draw any conclusions from a person's number of posts or even posts per week. In my case it is because I have been a member for 5 or 6 years, two of which I was very involved in the land sailing forum and Seabreeze is the only forum I contribute to.

Please don't take this as a flaming, more a bit of warm radiance like the gathering around the campfire.

One thing I really like about our sailing forum is that we do not have a specific moderator because we are a fairly civilised lot here. Nebbian comes in the room occasionally, not as a moderator but because he dreams of being a yacht owner one day which I am sure is not far off.
