I need to locate a marina in Adelaide SA that has facilities for a cruising sail boat for short term stay. Any leads ,much appreciated

How long?
not close to facilities there is Wirrina, Port Vincent in Gulf St Vincent. Port Lincoln and wallaroo in Spencer gulf
close to Adelaide there is a range of marinas which just depends on the length of stay and budget.
should be plenty of information on Google
