I can't help. The three Sydney surveyors I have used all missed important stuff. I wouldn't publish their names here but you might contact me if you want to know who I wouldn't use.
Apart from the need to have one done for insurance, my view is they are a waste of time and money.
I think a inspection and valuation report is all that should be submitted for insurance reasons.
