A Dismasted yacht arrived in shoal bay this morning enroute from Newcastle. A couple of particularly nasty gusts took the mast down. The seas were also bigger than predicted. Lucky no one was hurt. Was thinking to head out today but that kinda changed my mind, maybe tomorrow

I reckon the whole east coast was/is to be avoided since Debbie til further notice :)
Im hoping all this horrid weather dissipates by Easter. Ive planned to go on a 5 day Coastal Cruise the last 2 easters but couldnt due to bad weather. This year it could be on!!
