Did I see some LED light that activates automatically when you open the fridge door or did I dream of such a device?

a small solar cell and rechargeable batteries
Or buy one of those hats with the Led light on them

the easiest would be don't open the fridge at night and with the money you save buy another beer

I see you have a solar vent fan on deck perhaps you could run it off that panel
