Unfortunately the Labour candidate elected in Keppel worked for Tower Holdings & supports the Island Development & Casino.

That can't be good for shutting down the development & keeping GKI as the pristine jewel that it is.

I am lately often on GKI, it lovely to drop anchor in one of four sheltered bays.
but
considering ruins of old resort, 10 years rotting and partly dismantled and fenced.
How that appears to visitors.
Personally don't belive it happen in next decade.
There is not a single dollar available until casino licence is available.
Current proposal development is more visual than practical,
not considering some facts, incluiding NE Low with 5 meter swell.

Hi, If cassino licence will not be followed by marina development and at the same time ban on anchoring around island "for enviromental reasons", we will be allright, but what is up in their sleews? If I had their money and urge for more, that I would do, Monopol, you pay or you are not allowed. Sorry got my pesymist mood again.
