I reckon he will get close to his asking price. Good yachts still achieve reasonable prices, people get sick of looking at rubbish. Having looked at a few S&S34s for other people, those listed cheaply have all been sickening in condition, presentation and fitout. Paying $45,000 or more for a good and ready to go S&S36 is, IMHO, money well spent.
