Hi All.
Im after some further knowledge on Jervis Bay and more specifically on the public mornings at Bindijine Beach and also anchoring at Long Beach for my first overnight stay.
I have read that the Bindijine moorings are only for smaller shallow draft vessels but does not give me much more info. Would I be ok there in a 29ft that draws 1.6m?
If not I have been told that Long Beach is a very safe place to anchor overnight. I was preferring a mooring for my first overnight stay onboard so I didn't have to stress over the anchor holding.If anyone has further Information formation it would be much appreciated.

The last week or so the large swell has had a dramatic effect on various places in the bay. If you go as far as Huskisson in a 29 footer that draws 2.6 metres may as well go into Currambene creek.
