Ladies and gents, A few months ago I put a note on here re going to Lord Howe Island with the BBQ rally in November. I have a couple of leads but as yet no confirmed volunteers to accompany me on my S&S34. It will require a commitment of about 2 weeks in November around the 13th, plus a couple of shakedown sails beforehand. The boat is based in Pittwater. Maybe other owners would like to take their boats in company. If interested please send me an email via this site.
I believe it has been moved to April. A few pissed off racing types have mentioned it, apparently not a popular move. The rally is on as usual. Skippers and others met for a beer at the Orient a few weeks back to discuss it.
