I made it about 40% of the way to Lord Howe in 2009. This year I aim to get there for the annual BBQ which is usually the second Tuesday of November. I want to go 2 or 3 handed and thought I would expand the crew search this time around. I will go solo if I need to but it will be more fun with company.
If anybody can spare 2 or 3 weeks in early Nov, knows how to be on watch in an S&S34 type yacht and is prepared to undertake a few work up sails before the trip please email me on [email protected]. It will be about 4 days over, 3 or so days in the lagoon or ashore and then 4 days back. Home base is Pittwater.

Thanks mate. I have got a few possibilities from my note on Seabreeze. A few of my sailing friends up here might be interested but being interested and being available for the time are different things.
The more possibilities the better chance of success.
I was down south a few weekends ago. The wife and I had a look around Kiama/Jamberoo for a place, some lovely country and great old houses but the lack of mooring possibilities, except where you are, reduces the attraction for me.
