Nice one Max. Some nice waves there! If I had some footage of me on my kneeboard I would post it but my boys steel all the good photo ops out on the waves these days ;)

As you know, unless you're a pro or you pay someone it's incredibly difficult to get footage of yourself.
The still shots are from Uluwatu where there are professional (local) photographers clicking every wave every day. They ambush you as you walk up selling the images. A regret is I didn't buy every image ever taken. The images are fairly expensive. But now to me they are priceless.

The film footage I was very lucky. A surfer guy's non surfing girlfriend had bought a hand held video recorder duty free on the way to Bali. After 2-3 days she realised just how boring watching amateur surfing is. She put down the camera and started enjoying the magical beaches at low tide. We lost our camera girl.
