I can't find who 'anzcce' is! It's a code of practise which sounds impressive but its not law. Iv checked and follow all guide lines regarding beaching and paintng my boat MichaelR. And I'm within my right to do so. As for the environment boats are very bad indeed! So are cars and the burning of fossil fuels and I admirer anyone who at least tries to reduce their impact on this small planet. I could give many examples of what iv done and so could you I guess in helping the environment.
The Australian and New Zealand Environment Conservation Council (ANZECC) was a Ministerial Council operating between 1991 and 2001. ANZECC provided a forum for member governments to develop coordinated policies about national and international environment and conservation issues.
ANZECC was replaced in 2001:
natural resource management matters were moved to the Natural Resource Management Ministerial Council (NRMMC)
environment protection matters were moved to the Environment Protection and Heritage Council (EPHC)
Just for the record
