Was doing some work with the whipper snipper tonight and getting annoyed at having to replace the cord every 5min, which too 5min to bend the cord and force into place.
So I had a thought.......had some 3mm dyneema laying around so tried a bit!!
Tied knots in the end first but they disappeared pretty quickly but the dyneema soldiered on, even after freying!!
Prob did 45min work along fence and brick lines, only used 3 bits of dyneema, which takes 10sec to change!!
Just be careful with chook wire fences, dyneema ties on it and stalls the motor ????
