Hi All,
My Wife and i have just purchased a Columbia 27 & have done several day trips. Now summer is here we would like to do a 2 - 5 day trip around the bay. Not adventurous enough to go out the heads yet!! As we are new to sailing we don't know where we can moor overnight etc. We will be starting off from St Kilda & we dont have to cover the whole bay. Can anyone who has done a trip like this or has a suggestion on a place to visit. please let us know that would be great.

Hi I have done it about 15 years ago. Mordialloc creek, Mornington, Idented Head, Port Arlington. Great. Go as far as Queenscliff harbour or Corio Bay, Watch for shallows, heaps.Take a picture West Channel Mark.Don't stay outside. Never drop the anchor close moorings. Seen seals and dolphins. have fun.
