I have noticed my fuel tank line is not as flexible as new. This one has been keep dry for a couple of years.
Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

Yes. Buy a new one. It doesn't get much more simple than that.

The fuel explodes, buy the best you can afford.
Cheaper in the long run anyway.
Try truck shops for heavy duty

The oem ones are better than the replacement ones from boat shops. These go hard very quickly.
