Propspeed...again

The previous thread was too old to resurrect, so...
I had great results with a shipwright application of Propspeed last slip, and a disaster a few years before that with a dodgy mob doing the job. I'm considering DIY this time. It looks pretty straightforward and an easy way to save a few hundred bucks if I stick to the instructions.
Any suggestions of do's/don'ts from those whao have done it would be much appreciated.

It's super easy and there's great video from prop speed on YouTube. Just need to be thorough.

Preparation is everything. Have everything to hand so there is no delay. Timing is fairly critical. Work fast!
