Hello All,
Does anybody know whereabouts I could pick up some spare parts for a Raske and Van der Meijde Senior B Bilge Pump? STS contacted RWB who is listed as the Australian distributor, but RWB advised STS that they are no longer the distributor for this brand.
I would hate to replace the pump for the sake of a couple of spares.

So I emailed Raske and Van Der Meijde about an Australian distributor and they asked my address and told me they would send the spares out to me. If they actually arrive, I would call that amazing customer service.

I hope they come through for you, Jason.
They probably will.
But i have to wonder how, picking a couple of parts up from a shelf, putting them in a package and dropping into the post office on the way home from work can be called "amazing service".
It used to be just the normal way of operating a business with an international reach.
Please let the company know that they are doing the right thing when you receive your parts

The fact that they did not ask for my credit card, just my address is what constitutes amazing service I thought. Looking forward to seeing if they come through with the goods.
