Hi, thanks to everyone for all the great advice a while ago with my front hatch cover. I am now interested if anyone knows of any sails that may be available to buy. When I pulled out my wardrobe the no 1 and no 2 are not for the Jacket, maybe the Witch or Eagle. Thanks again and if anyone is ever down in Geographe Bay, sail by and say hi

Hi,
What sort of measurements are the sails you have?
I have a redwitch and am after some cruising sails?
How much do you want for them?
Also I'm not sure who makes red jacket sails, because there is no class association there aren't any dedicated sailmakers. I'm sure any sailmaker could measure up your yacht and set you up with a set of dacron sails for a reasonable price. Try Geoff Bishop at UK Halesy sails in Fremantle, they do most of the sails for the redwitches
good luck

Red Witch jibs are too long in the luff for a jacket as it is a fractional rig and shorter mast. If you can track down max dobra from west coast sails he made most if not all of the sails for the hill and Cameron stable of boats, if not have them measured up and have Geoff or the guys from extreme sails grey street fremantle assist you.

Thanks so much for all the advice, I will measure the jib that I have that is too big for the Jacket, it does have a No 2 written on it but I will let you know and next time I come to Perth, I can drop it off to you. I'm really not sure of a price?? - thanks again
