Just recently had two blokes ask me to deliver yachts and it's occurred to me that picking up some official certification will come in handy. Have had a quick quiz on google and there appears to be a fair choice of providers.
An AYF Offshore Yacht Master's Certificate is worth having. It is accepted as a crossover/equivalent qualification to Master V for sailing vessels only so it is good from an insurance point of view.
