How many of you sail Fremantle waters? I run Zulu Waterways and it would be great to get some more anchorages added there. Most other regions are super populated and useful but not much has been added in Perth/Fremantle. Anyone have some knowledge of anchoring in these water?zuluwaterways.com/map/-31.99646187316528/115.8284284256265

That is probable because Fremantle has bugger all compared to the east coast. Certainly not many for overnight anchoring. The few nice spots other then Rottnest island would all be on a Lee Shore when the Fremantle Doctor starts blowing.

That said, I'm happy to help when time permits...

Need more breakwalls and sheltered harbours built - eg Port Coogee. Spendy though. Water to the rivers and farmers far more a priority right now.

That would be good Toph.

Surely Rottnest Island must have a lot of great anchorages?

You would think right...
But not really, not in my opinion. The three best bays are full of moorings with limited to no room to anchor.

Don't forget Carnac Island, Mangles Bay Rockingham and then the Marinas dotted along the coast....Port Coogee/FSC/Fisherman's Harbour/Swan River/Hillaries Marina/Mindarie Marina and Two Rocks Marina.
Its certainly not like the NSW and QLD coast but there are options.
Rottnest is perfect during the week in summer and most time during the winter....it's just the weekends that get feral.

Ok. Those destinations are definitely interesting. As I haven't traveled those parts myself would anyone be willing to have a go at inputing some into Zulu? It's pretty easy and anyone can do it. Here is a short video showing how:

Much appreciated and no worries if it's too complicated to try and tackle.
