Is there anywhere I can get actual sale prices (market price) of boats rather than the asking price. Some asking prices are way above market and a few below so its hard toknow what a genuine market value is. Thanks.

A boats price is what ever you are prepared to pay for it .

Assume 60-80% of the asking price. Sometime you will do better, sometimes the price is already low so you won't do as well.

The only way to get some idea is to peruse yachthub on a weekly basis for a year or two. Check the types or size yacht your interested in. Sometimes the prices drop and sometimes they just keep re appearing. The ones that sell will often stay up with sold on them or you can go the the sold list. The sold list will only indicated the last listing price though not the actual sale price.
EBay is the only place to find the real price on yachts!

The boat dealers are usually pretty up front about what a boat is worth regardless of the price the owner has put on it. After all they sell boats and know the likely price one will fetch. The only way to be confident you are not paying overs or selling too cheaply is to look at heaps of boats. You will quickly get a feel for what is available in the price range you are prepared to pay or prepared to accept. Most types fit within a range depending on wear and tear.
