I came across this product . Simply brush on leave overnight and wash off in the morning. Here's some before and after pics.

Not really but you can wipe some polish on just to protect it. No elbow grease required! $40 for half a litre should do all my S/S .

I use the same stuff, works petty good! It even seems to clean up the heavier pitted stains/rust after a few applications. I saw it advertised in a Cruising Helmsman mag.

I intended to buy some of this Spotless Stainless to clean all my stainless steel before installing it back on the boat.

However the local distributer has stopped importing it. Buying from the US is an option but timeliness is a problem for me.

Does anyone know of an alternative source for this? Or an alternative product?

I use "Metal Gleam" It's made here and I used to buy it in 20 litre containers for about $44. Same mixing ratio as above and it's probably the same product in a boutique bottle.

Interestingly it's only available in 15 and 5 litre bottles now.

Thanks, I've given them a call - sounds good. I'll order some and try it out.
