My speedo sensor is not working .... I have the depth, compas, and water temp all good but it looks like the little wheel does not spin freely anymore. Can you pull the shaft out and clean (lubricate the wheel?) I have tryed to spray with silicone but no result, it is no soaking in CRC. I am a bit scared of pulling the shaft out...

it will be the bearing inside the paddle wheel i have had the same problem the solution's is a new paddle wheel and axle

Dismantled and found the shaft was bent..... must have caught on the trailer? All fixed now and working again!
