does anyone out there sail trifires i think they are a trimaran with a windsurfing sail. are they good to sail. (fast)?

im not sure i just heard about them from someone and he didnt know very much either. i think they are like a main hull with 2 windsurfing boards on beams one on each side. by the sounds of things they would be fast!

What you have described sounds like the hobie trifoiler. They are no longer in production but where very quick. I would love to get my hands on an old one.

Hobie still maintain the website for them, there is also some pretty cool video www.hobie.com/sail/

no thats not it it was a single sail i think. it looks goos though must be fast.
