It looks very much like a Lotus 10.??. or maybe a Northshore 33.

Looks like a NZ design about 34 to 36 feet.

The Lotus 10.6 has a single spreader fractional rig, that yacht appears to have a twin spreader job.

Itdoes kind of look at minimum 10.6ish in size, perhaps a wooden example with a weird new rig, or a slightly larger wooden design from New Zealand's favourite naval architect.

The most striking part is the coming from around the cabin top down the side of the cockpit. Thought it might be a Beale, but cant find any stern hung rudder versions. It is not a standard Northshore 33, hatchway is in the wrong spot and they have a single spreader, but perhaps it is a late Northshore with a different deck moulding and they have replaced the rig.

I've seen it around over the years. Like others I'm fairly sure it's a Wright or perhaps, just perhaps, a Lidgard. Too old to be a Beale. Definitely not a Northshore; the transom, cabin slope etc are wrong. Nice boat!

Wrong windows and rudder. Not many boats that size about with such a wide stern and rudder hung off the transom.

You are the closest to it Cisco. There was a mention of Wright design by Ringle, Ashley, Ramona though.
I saw it the other day off Iron Cove Bridge.

I just don't know what the heck is wrong with the site, besides, allegedly Russians sabotaging it.

What a sad waste...

No back home spent the week up there. Was going to go to Pittwater but came down with the flue so just stayed on the harbour.
