Hi folks,
Has anyone out there crossed this bar from Fraser side going south in the last few days. i.e. mid May 2011? How was the conditions like? Was the bl...y Lighthouse operating?

Any change in the "three-magic-way-points' recently? Have anyone got them handy?

I sailed over her in my Cat a couple of weeks back and it was a big pussycat :) I was scared because it was my first time on it and I'd heard so many bad things but it was fine. The three waypoints are the same. I rang Tincan Bay VMR and they said that the marks haven't changed since 2008 so you should be right. As usual, try and take her on a run in tide of course. The waypoints are as follows: Outer waypoint: 25 47.65S and 153 8.38E
Middle waypoint: 25 47.33S and 153 6.65E
Inner waypoint: 25 48.16S and 153 4.87E
