Expect this will be a tough one - try these people they are excellent and if they can't provide an equivalent or similar (able to be used) EPDM rubber extrusion then would think it might be curtains.

This would be a relatively standard moulding from some automotive application, I doubt very much that Triton went to the trouble and expense of having their own moulding made.

I have dealt with Scott's Old Auto Rubber and found them to be good, maybe worth a try.
