Questions I'm getting regarding my bluebird selling for 3000 bucks.

1) does it come with trailer. - clearly stated in Ad its on a mooring. MORON
2) does it come with that $800 inflatable dinghy. YEAH AND ILL ALSO GIVE YOU A BACK RUB AND A THOUSAND DOLLARS.
3) can i pay it off $200 a fortnight. YEAH THATS FINE, ACTUALLY I DONT MIND $50 A FORTNIGHT. I DONT NEED THE MONEY FOR MY NEXT BOAT YOU WANKER.
4) ill buy it now , but I'm a soldier in afghanistan and I'm inheriting 20 million dollars. blah blah blah , i can't access the money unless, blahblah ****en blah.

also questions about costs of moorings and waiting lists etc and people saying i should just give the boat away cause its 36 years old.
Seriously would like to find these people and their parents and stop them from breeding anymore.


i really hate about 90 percent of human beings.

I think the first two are reasonable questions.

1. Not knowing much about your Bluebird, nor the ad itself, I have seen several boat sales in the 24' to 28' range that are moored (or penned) but have a trailer included or additional to the sale.

2. If in your listing photos have the dingy is visible, then it is not an unreasonable question to ask if it is included in the sale unless your listing clearly states that it is not.

I agree the last two makes you want to head butt something really, really hard.

I used to open up restaurants for McDonald's get them up and running and after a few months they would sell it to a owner operator , Id move on to the next one,
Some times we would server 1100 people in an hour in summer months. After I was marrien I owned a busy petrol station no self serve in those days . Then another retail business for 12 more years . I wont be serving people again in my life . Seen far to many heads .
And as far as selling stuff on E bay don't want to . I know excaltly where your coming from Sector Steve.. A couple of years time a nice isolated anchorage will be parradise.

I bought this boat off a mutual friend. Im buying a tophat next from a mutual friend. I hung onto my last motorbike especially for a friend when he was ready to buy it.
The amount of liars scammers and self servers out there is rife. The world is being poisoned by humans for a little money and i just never get that and will never be like that.i feel like agreeing to someone's stupid offer meeting them serving them what they deserve. I dont know them so why should i care?But thats not my way. I dont try to be fair i just can't be dishonest in business. I tell alot of people to **** off which makes me sad.

I was selling something recently, had it advertised for a certain price and this moron comes along and offers me about 10% of what I was asking. I told him to p1ss off and said I'd rather take it to the scrappy before I'd sell it to him. It ended up going to the scrappy.
My faith in people is at an all time low, they all have an over developed sense of self entitlement and think I owe them something.
Maybe they should go and get a job and find out what the cost of money really is, rather then expecting everything for nothing.

Im buying a tophat off a guy i know. Needs a new winch. Has harkens and good rigging. Needs antifoul. Not registered. Was 5k went to 4k but then i found out doesnt need survey so im giving him 4500. The guy is honest. Neither of us are desperate. I could save 500 bucks but at what moral cost?
Its easily worth 4500 probably more so ill pay him what its worth and what we both are happy with.Its not hard. All the people that go outta their way to save 2c a litre on fuel are the same people i don't want to deal with.

The problem is that too much good stuff is just given away. This makes it difficult to actually sell something when the same item can be just picked up off the footpaths!



As a side note, anyone looking for a Herreshoffe ketch in timber, in a state of disrepair, open to offers.

Called "Suzanne", used to be moored near my mooring a few years ago, now moored near the boat ramp at Shoalhaven Heads. Pretty boat.
