I pulled all my sails out tonight and will try my best to give them a good clean up and measure whats there to Identify all and mark them accordingly so Far looks like two mains ,one mizzen and two number 1 Genoas plus a number 2 and a self tacking stay sail and one or two sail bags I still have not pulled out yet

wash sails in warm soapy water, preferable if soap is 100% soluble, with no grit like a lot of detergents have.
you can use some eucalyptus oil on heavier stains or acetone on woven Dacron sails.
for rust use oxalic acid, I part in 100 and wash out after, if this doesn't work, learn to live with them.
