I made a solar for "Lyra" out of a flat coil of copper from Bunnings suspended over a sheet of mirror stainless and covered with 3/8 inch poly. I had to use a tiny inline pump to get circulation with a thermister clamped to the panel outlet tube and relay from jcar. Worked OK.

The one you found looks like a lot less trouble, but I suspect you will need a circulation pump.

Yes I'd say a circulation pump would be needed
Years ago I coiled up black poly on the roof of a house and T ed off the filter pump on the pool 24000 litres warmed up in a few days
