Hi
Has anyone had any experience with the thingies available to convert normal winches to self-tailers??
Any advice greatly appreciated

Just get yourself a set of Andersen stainless steel self tailers and you will never even look at another brand of winch again.

Thanks Cisco for the good oil re Andersen however I'm cash-challenged, thus the notion of winch Toppers as a cheaper alternative to a new self tailing halyard winch. Cheers, Trace
