Stiffness, I guess you get used to it but the down part is, it is hard to go back and forth between a stiff mast to a flexy mast, too much difference.

Had the demo H-Series 1200 for about a week, changing back to my KJ1210 each day in tiny gutless waves.
1st session was a disaster, nosedived every wave but once I repositioned the foil all the way forward it really lit it up the 1200 has great pump/glide & turns well also, with nice even foot pressure. Stall speed was great, just a super forgiving wing - overall very impressive.
Had a quick go on a mates H1000 and I couldn't pump it very well but he was having no issues on fresh legs - he also found the H1200 easier to pump.
Things I wasn't that stoked on:
1. It's all M6 except the board hardwear is M8.
2. Mast flex - only noticeable when comparing to other brands.
3. Wing covers seem cheapish but do the job.

If I was looking to change foils atm, I think this could be the one for me but the 1210 is still too hard to give up.

Anyone pair the H Series wing with the fusion carbon fuselage? Is it the same length as the H Series fuselage? Do other stabilizers work with the Cab fuselage (KD Maui for example)? I'm interested in the H Series 800, but would like to use some of my other stabilizers, and not be limited to the Cab stab. Buying the carbon fuse is also much cheaper than the fuse + stab combo. Thanks

Was wondering the same, on the cabrinha stand alone carbon fuse, what is the stab 2 hole spacing? One can always re-drill existing stabs of course.. or change the fuse hole spacing.

Wow how's that warehouse full of Takumas , foil porn . The Cab H series you can get an Ali or Carbon fuse mount section to run other wings , it's a 30mm hole centre but is top mount . KD Maui is on the job right now .

If you mean for surfing Greg I would like to know if you have surfed the gofoil rs1150.
i would expect it is the best compromise of pump and turn for most

Here is a chop shop video on the Cabrinha Ali fuse section to make it suit under-mount tail wings, like the Kujiras , Uni's and the new Cloud 9 which was pretty dam sick . It really loosens up the 1000 way more surfy but not quite as stable . I won't cut the carbon I like it too much but the adaptor really opens up the door to different styles of riding.

Nord I've never been a fan of top tails but it's more it suits stock tails .

Finally got my hands on the 650. Adam Bennetts has the only one in the country so I grabbed it off him for a few days . I'd never prone this unless it was really big but man this thing is a killer tow wing . It has such amazing glide for such a small wing , can still wave connect. I'm 87 kg the other guy in the video is 105kg . Comparing it to the Axis 799 & Kujira 750 it's just so much smoother through broken water and high-speed turn transitions plus it's a very balanced ride like it's 1000 big brother . No drop out and very gradual lift on the start. I rode the 80cm Carbon mast and you could definetly feel the mast flex towing back out , not a real issue BUT on the wave, if just felt so smoooth and the transitions from turn to turn you could feel the foil load then release , it actually felt really good . Hard to explain but that tapered curved carbon mast works incredibly well. I've run the Cabrhina H series foils on their super still Alu mast and they feel terrible . I wasn't too sure if id get a 650 but after today it's a given.

Yes and they are both very similar in all aspects but I'd say the 120 had more glide .

I've been chatting to Keahi he sent me the file to cut down the Cab tail , he said it really loosens up the 1000 & 800 and feels good on the 650 as well . Adam Bennett's has cut the Cab but still prefers the 158 Kujira tail , he also uses that on his Lift 90 . I use the 178 Kujira Tail ( I can't get a 158) and I use the new Cloud 9 tail as well which is probably my number one pick

Kujira 1095 vs Cabrinha H1000, comparing outlines. Span 96cm vs 90cm, chord almost the same, thickness 18mm vs 15mm. Cabrinha has no sharp edges, and construction looks really (really) strong, almost like the signature fuse. From the looks of it, the stall speed would be higher than 1095, but to be tested, will report back after a few sessions (waiting on the tail and mast on their way).
Big fan of the 1095, doing everything on it these days, proning from ankle to chest high, winging and downwind. The glide and turning are mind boggling. Only drawback would be the construction (wing starts showing fractures, while never jumped or used with straps), and the span is a bit too much when the waves get powerful. Don't really mind the stall speed, kinda got used to it.

First feels.. the h1000 is a high aspect smooth version of the game changer 1260, with roughly the speed range of the kujira 1210.

The low end is comparable to the kujira 1210 and has some front foot punch, the top speed is neutral foot pressure to diving forward, but still in the process of fine tuning tails.. for now on the foilparts tail adapter, 178 tail, 0.5 degree front bolt (mast 30cm from tail).
The turning is very smooth, not super quick in roll but very trustworthy, you can push it really hard. By trusting and pushing hard you end up doing turns maybe as good as the 1095 where you can feel on eggs sometimes.
One of the best breaching ability I have experienced, foam hits are also no problem.
Pumping is a bit more energy consuming than the 1210 I would say but not far off, I think pumping/glide wise the kujira airfoil is unbeatable in efficiency.

Disclaimer, the mast I am using is a monster of performance (racing custom high modulus carbon, ultra rigid, 13mm thick), probably not the same feel as the cabrinha carbon as there is almost no flex in the rig. I had to cut it to ~80cm, and then fine tune the base plate and tail shimming in the water, so it took a while.

Will report with more time on it, as well as the h800 which on the first try felt more like the 1095, faster and more efficient, but higher stall speed, naturally.
