Any PPC DW link owners/users out there?very little out there review wise I was interested in the 128L 6'10" link at 100 kgs plus for light wind dinging and maybe certain days supfoiling waves and perhaps a little supfoil DW? but hardly hear a thing about them? One thing I can't really understand is PPC decision of not putting a proper handle on the board not a good move as for using it for light wind wing board certainly needs a handle IMO. I have the 93L soar pro for reg winging and PPC put a usual handle,I like the soar pro seems like good build quality, but just can't understand how they made a potential 3 use in 1 DW board with no frigging handle!any link users out there certainly like to hear about the board especially heavier riders, the no handle for my use is almost a deal breaker but if board is good could work it out handleless

They probably left the handle out to save weight - damned if you do and damned if you don't. Some want lightness above all, others want handles.....AK make a Nomad 115L 7'0 x 23.....with a handle. I use it for SUP Foil surf, SUP Foil DWD and wing. Handle most useful when winging - when surfing and dwd, it is not really needed.

I'm 100kg and ride the 112l link. Absolutely love it for sup foiling and can paddle it up for downwinding. Really solid construction like the soar, fast take off for light wind winging and really good once on foil with swing weight. The no handle is fine, just throw the foil up on your shoulder/head, that's how I carry it up a hundred stairs.

Good to hear you like the 112L link at 100 kgs surprised you didn't get the 128L. How's your links board speed in light wind getting on foil compared to the soar?the problem I have locally is sometimes fairly rough shorebreak getting out and without a handle winging pretty dangerous holding board on back mast on shoulder style a handle really helps out when your wing in one hand, hands down.At minimum wish they would put some foot strap inserts on deck then I coulda bolted a web strap like my Kalama supfoil board better than nothing, don't think they even did that.If I'm a betting man next year model they put a handle on the DW production board seems every other company does these days

Learnt to sup foil on a125l board. Once up on foil on the 112l, it is so much better for pumping around and linking up waves. That was what I wanted over stability

Put it over your shoulder foil forward, haven't touched a handle in years
