^^^^^time will tell. enjoy it while it lasts i do own a few big sticks,but will never buy anything from that company again as their customer service is crap. and for $200 i got a faulty stick that i had to fix myself...**** you kahuna criminals[}:)]

If when I was a kid, my mates and I were able to play "soccer" with a ball of rubber bands, glue and newspaper, then you can surely street SUP without falling for those brands and commercial corps.

Hi all i am just getting into SUP and Land Paddling, and no I dont think it costs that much to go for a street sup.

I bought my board on fleabay, Got a Finn drop through for $110 and i built my land paddle

It is 4 x pieces of quad timber which is taped together top middle and bottom. This allows a fair bit of flex in it for using as a brake.

the road end is an old mountain bike tyre cut up and taped to the bottom, super easy to replace as it wears out and still grippy.

I will say it doesnt have much cushion effect and needs a handle at the top but it works for my first attempt.
